Lewiatan, one of Poland’s most significant and longest-standing franchise chains, faced the challenge of effectively managing its presence on Google Maps.

With over 3,200 stores, regularly updating basic information like opening hours, phone numbers, and addresses was time-consuming and difficult to coordinate from the central office. Many listings were managed by franchisees, leading to inconsistencies in the brand’s image and the information presented to customers.
